Services

Consulting, design, manufacturing, construction and maintenance under one contract.

Consulting and site survey

Every project starts on the ground. We measure the actual site rather than working from a plot drawing, check how water leaves the area, assess the sub-base, and record the constraints that will shape what can realistically be built: overhead cables, tree roots, existing drainage, access for delivery vehicles, and the distance from the sea.

Deliverable: a survey report with measured dimensions, site photographs, a constraints list and a feasibility opinion.

Design

We produce layout options rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it drawing. Each option shows age zoning, circulation routes, sight lines for supervising adults, shade placement and an indicative cost so the client can trade scope against budget before anything is committed.

Once an option is chosen we develop it into technical design: construction drawings, material specifications, fall-zone and impact-attenuation calculations, drainage detail and a bill of quantities.

Deliverable: concept options, then a technical design set and a priced bill of quantities.

Manufacturing

We fabricate under our own registration rather than reselling. Metal structures, timber components and play or sports equipment are produced to the specification that was signed off, which means the tolerance on site matches the drawing.

Deliverable: equipment manufactured to specification, with material certificates.

Construction and installation

Site clearance, earthworks, foundations, drainage, electrical and water systems, surfacing and equipment installation. Work runs to a published schedule with progress photography, so the client can see status without a site visit.

Deliverable: completed installation on schedule, with progress documentation.

Safety testing and handover

Before handover we verify fall zones against the installed equipment heights, test impact-absorbing surfaces, and check fixings and finishes. The client receives an as-built drawing set, material certificates, test records, an operating brief for their staff and a written maintenance calendar.

Deliverable: a documentation pack that stands up to inspection.

Maintenance

Scheduled inspection visits, wear-part replacement, resurfacing and repair. We keep the consumable parts for the equipment we install, so a broken swing seat does not close a playground for a month while something is imported.

Deliverable: a facility that stays open.
